What This Is
A live, interactive group training via Zoom designed exclusively for Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinics. We refine tone of voice, strengthen patient-facing communication, and build confidence when presenting your model, pricing, and policies.
- Up to 4 staff members → 60-minute session
- 5 or more staff members → 90–120 minutes (to ensure each person gets personalized practice and feedback)
Pricing
$100 per person for groups of two or more.
$150 for a single-participant training.

About Your Trainer
I bring a blend of DPC operations know-how and formal communication training. I hold an Associate’s in Small Business & Entrepreneurship, and during my bachelor’s track I completed a Business minor plus four semesters of focused communication coursework. I was three classes shy of a full Communications major —by design—because my goal was to master how to communicate clearly, compassionately, and effectively in any scenario.
Beyond academics, I’ve been working inside the DPC model since January 2019 and serving directly as a patient coordinator since March 2022. That means I don’t just teach communication in theory—I live it daily in real-world DPC operations and patient interactions.
In practice, that means your team gets training that’s not just “nice words”—it’s operationally useful, aligned with your membership model, policies, and boundaries, and ready for day-one implementation across phone, portal, email, and front desk interactions.
