I will conduct a one-hour group training session for your staff, accommodating up to three members. Throughout this session, I will assist in refining their tone, boosting their confidence, and receiving the script upon completion. Please note if you have less than 3 staff members, it will be an hour. If you have over 3 staff members, times will vary!
I will personally meet with the staff member for an hour, providing individual assistance tailored to their needs. Additionally, they will receive the script to use for answering the phones upon completion.
